Our deep-tech ventures are joint ventures. The operator brings the domain, the site and the customers; we bring the engineering, the product and the sales. Both sides have skin in the game.
Operate with AI
Our agent platform is not a demo. It answers guests, runs outreach, reconciles books and reports to us every morning. Humans keep direction, taste and the judgment calls; agents take the repeatable work.
Dogfood everything
Our hotel software runs a working hotel. Our sales agents sell our own companies. Nothing meets a customer before it has survived us.
